SHIPPING & RETURN POLICIES
When will my items ship?
We have a 1 to 3 business day processing time, but we try to ship our products as soon as possible!
How long does shipping take?
Your shipping time depends on which shipping method you choose. Unfortunately due to COVID, shipping companies do not guarantee shipping processing times. We are very strategic on what days we ship out your products as we try to avoid shipping on the weekend.
My order says delivered, but I don’t have it. What should I do?
Unfortunately after we ship off products it is out of our hands. All orders come with $100 insurance, and you must create a claim with the shipping company.
My order arrived broken/rotten. Can I request a refund?
When products are received damaged or spoiled we will reship your products.
What requirements are needed to approve a full refund?
You can be provided a refund if you used Klarna as your payment method so long as its requested within 14 days. Any other purchases is up to our discretion, because this is a non returnable product. A restocking fee will apply to all returns!
What is the cancellation policy?
You can cancel so long as your order has not finished processing within reason. It is up to our discretion.

How should I store my sea moss so it does not spoil?
Gel: Keep in refrigerator for up to two weeks. To prolong the life of your sea moss gel, you then freeze.
Raw: Keep in a cool and dry environment. Salt is a natural preservative and can help you moss last longer.
All of my sea moss gel spoiled before the 2 weeks?
Proper refrigeration is imperative to maintain the life of your gel. A fridge should be about 37 degrees. Keep in mind that older fridges and over filled fridges are harder to keep at a set temp!
CAPSULES
How soon should I expect to see results from taking the capsules?
Results may vary from person to person! Most customers state within the first two weeks.
Can I take the capsules along with other medications?
We recommend that you consult with your primary care physician before consuming.
Can I take the capsules during or after alcohol consumption?
We never suggest the mixture of supplements with alcohol, but ALWAYS consult your doctor first.

Can too much sea be consumed?
Like with any vitamins there are recommended doses to avoid over dosing. Your body can intake too much of anything so always consult with your primary care physician.
Are there detailed research to confirm these products are safe to consume?
There is extensive studies and information all over the internet to support sea mosses abilities and confirms it is safe to ingest! Detailed medical research? No, however, this is a 100% natural product without any binders, fillers, or preservatives.
Is the FDA approved?
Seamoss is an over the counter nutrient so it is not regulated by the FDA.
Can I give any of the sea moss products to my children?
